I have done my SIP project at Dr.Reddy Lab in Hyderabad. My topic was "Training need identification of employees at FTO-3 in DRL". As Performance Management live Project was going on there by that time so my project and its analysis was very important for that plant where I was doing project.
I learnt lot things in the company. I got separate cabin and company laptop and many free facilities. when I was working there I got to know that patience for manager and how to get work from the employees. Its so technical task but my guide Srikath,deputy manager was managing all by convincing all kind of employees. I didnt know how two months went off. There is good working environment condition, no work pressure, all treat one another as their family members. It is so nice to be with them to work. I made good friends there,nice poeple. I did not miss anything there. one more thing I attended CSR program we all wentone government primary and high school, distributed books and medical check up for the students and plantation were there. All enjoyed in all the activities in it. I miss the Dr.Reddy Lab environment. never forget each and every moment ... I will be gratefull to all who all helped me in everything... especially Chandrashekhar, deputy manager in production and packagin department who gave reffernce for me to do project in the DRL.
